Thick outline is thiiiiick. :XD:
I think the outline is the only real big problem in this one. That and it kinda looks like they have just skin instead of fur.

I rather like the thick outlines. And really, unless you're going to go the extra mile and possibly run the risk of messing up your art beyond repair, making it actually like fur isn't worth it.

I personally like it. Krystal looks healthy and fit looking, but not to the point that she looks as though she's popping steroids or something; It's an attractive fit.

I agree with you on thick outlines to make the character pop out a little, but these outlines are just slightly too big for my taste.
The thing is wet fur behaves very differently from wet skin. I think Hell could have pulled it off, but it's no big deal. It's fine either way.
I completely agree with you on Krystal's build. She doesn't look too muscular, but she doesn't look frail either.

I like it too, just giving him my point of view. :D
